FEES

INITIAL MARKETING PACKAGE

We charge an initial marketing package(non-refundable)- photographs, For Sale board, and standard insertion into Property News of £195.00.

(Payable within 30 days of invoice)

SUBSEQUENT OUTLAY

Subsequent outlay (Payable within 30 days. Non refundable) Any subsequent outlay will be agreed and confirmed with you in writing prior to being incurred- this may include press advertising, additional photographs etc.

SALE FEE

(Payable within 10 days from date of completion of sale of property)

The sale fee is payable by the Vendor(s) to T Armstrong & Son Estate Agents in either of the following circumstances:

If unconditional contracts for the sale of the property are concluded or are in the course of being concluded in the period during which an Agency Agreement is in force, whether or not the purchase is introduced by T Armstrong & Son

If unconditional contracts for the sale of the property are concluded after the expiry of an Agency Agreement to a purchaser/s who was introduced directly or indirectly by T Armstrong & Son whilst an Agency Agreement was in force to a purchaser/s with whom T Armstrong & Son had negotiations about the property during this period.

AMOUNT DUE

The amount due is 0.5% on the sale price achieved. If the asking price is £100,000.00, then the fee would be £500.00> Please note we do not charge VAT.
